BLT events and special pricing

We own pts at BLT and are thinking about an add on. While at BLT at the beginning of the month I attended a DVC event to learn more about the Hawaii resort and to hear about special event pricing.

It was my understanding when I left the event, that if you purchased 125 or more pts at BLT, then you could get them for as low as $102. I spoke to my guide and he tells me that the best deal is $108 for 125 pts.

Of course I didn't get anything in writing and didn't take very good notes either.

My questions are

Has anyone else attended any of these events?

Has anyone else heard of a lower price at BLT?

Maybe I miss understood things at the event, but I still think that for 125 pt purchase the price was as low as $102

Any thoughts would be appreciated

When we went to the presentation in August, it was only a $12 discount for contracts of 100 point or more.

Since we were not interested in adding on more than 25 - 30 points, we didn't pay closer attention than that.

Usually when you attend a special presentation, there is special pricing just for that event. You usually have a certain time period (day or two) to meet with a guide and sign. It is usually not in writing, as they tell you at the event and it is only good because you went to that event. That is why we usually only add on when we are on a cruise (one of the best deals). We were able to add on at Aulani for $102 pp. BLT was priced higher on the cruise. I guess it depends what they are trying to push at the time.

Went to a presentation at BLT and the lowest price was the 120.00 with the 12.00 off incentive (for 125 points) which is 108.00 pp. I have not seen or heard of lower prices since we bought in, in Feb.
