BLT Developer points

I know that the developer points I received with my BLT purchase must be used at SSR, Disneyland or RCI. I also know they expire 10/3/2009 and that does not apply to RCI. However if I use them for Disneyland would they have to be used by 10/3/2009 or can I use them after that date?
