BLT Christmas tree exchange **Tree #2 has been found!-Again!**

Great! Where was it located?

Well, I thought that when the donor had said she was dropping the tree off at WDW, that meant that she was dropping it off at BLT. Turns out that the family wasn't staying at BLT that trip, but at BCV. The donor tried to have Bell Services move the tree from BCV to BLT (kind of like moving luggage with a split stay). However, since the first family wasn't at BLT at the time (and wouldn't be there for 3 weeks), the tree was still at BCV. The really weird thing is that it was under a totally different name - not the donor's name or any of the families on the BLT tree list. So, our tree went rogue under an assumed name.

I am very grateful to the donor for first of all, taking the time on vacation to donate and bring the tree, and second, for taking time on vacation again to play detective and track down the tree. Thank you!

We tried to get tree 2 today and it was nowhere to be found at BLT or the Contemporary's Bell services. I did not know the donor's last name or anyone else's last name on the list and neither Giliberto or Kerwick (our last names) were on a tree they did find. We did try. Hopefully the next family has better luck.

I will send the spreadsheet of donors and names to everyone on the list. I think I had just sent it to donors, but I will try to give everyone more information to help them.

This is a picture of the tree. I think it is 3 feet tall? Hope this helps!

My family and I are enjoying tree #3!
It took a few minutes to find it because they looked at the baggage area at the contemporary first but it was being stored in a separate area at bay lake. I had to insist that it was here and they needed to check all locations because they gave up after not finding it at the contemporary. Something to note for future families.

Thank you contacting us, Song of the South. I did not want to disturb your vacation by calling you on vacation. We are so busy, we decided to skip the tree. We leave early everyday and get back so late.
