BLT Christmas tree exchange **Tree #2 has been found!-Again!**

Yes, there should be two pages of instructions inside of a bubble wrap envelop. FedEx confirmed the box arrived today.

Don't count on that being enough... our first tree user at OKW went through a LOT to get their tree! I called, I called again (since I sent it down) and then again... each time told it was there and they should be able to get it. They finally had to ask for a manager to find this tree!!

I didn't realize there were problems with the trees being picked up.

I am so sorry, but the sign-up ended a month ago, and that time has already been spoken for.

I didn't realize there were problems with the trees being picked up.

It does happen sometimes. That's why previous coordinators have suggested tracking the package and having each family note the name of the CM when handing off the tree. Thank you for your perseverance!

Got our tree today!!! The kids had a blast decorating it!!

Well, nuts! Tree #2 has gone missing.

The first family on the list (JMars) looked high and low, but could not locate the tree. They tried everywhere we could think of, including Bell Services at BLT and CR and the Business Center. A manager even walked them through the storeroom to show them that the tree wasn't there. Luckily, the donor (Song of the South) who physically brought the tree to WDW last month is there now and is going to help look as well. I've sent a PM and email to the next person on the list (Rhode Island Quahog), and I will keep everyone updated.

So sorry it's missing. You can just remove us from looking for and using tree #2. We are here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary of our engagement and the holiday season. I don't want to waste a minute looking for a tree,that may not be found. Thank you so much for including us and I truly hope the tree is found!

Probably should just transfer the tree directly instead of taking it to Bell Services.

Well, this tree didn't even get a chance to get shared. The donor family drove it to WDW. Direct sharing works when all of the dates line up, but we often have gaps. On the planning thread someone had suggested OL. I wonder if they would give us a deal for multiple deliveries? They are very reliable.

We have done 3 previous exchanges as well, and while trees have gone temporarily missing, I think they have always been found. Still hopeful for all of us...

Yay! Tree #2 has been found. The donor tracked it down, and it should be getting dropped off at BLT Bell Services tomorrow. Rhode Island Quahog, it will be there if you want to pick it up. Otherwise, it will be in the right place for family #3.
