I haven't received any email yet; is that still in the works? Just want to make sure I don't miss any special instructions.
The package fee for picking up the tree was $5. The return fee should be the same. This is only a concern for the last family on the list when shipping the tree through the business center.

Ok, so just to confirm....we pick up at Bell Services, not the front desk, correct? Also, there is a $5 fee we pay to pick up the tree...
Also....it will be available for pick up at 11am on your pick up day, right?
Here's our arrival day plan, you guys let me know what you think I should do...
We arrive at BLT early...like by 9:30am...after we check in we're heading to EPCOT...
So....we won't be back till late (we're staying till park close).....so we will need to pick up our tree that night when we get back to BLT, right? I'm thinking that's fine and will be a great way to end our first night and really start to get into the holiday spirit of the trip!
I have a similar question, too -- will each family have to pay a $5 pick up fee?
The first family pays $5 to the business center for the handling fee for the package. They use the tree for their stay.
The tree gets dropped off at Bell Services by 11 AM on the day that family checks out.
The second family can pick up the tree from Bell Services (with no fee, that is only for the business center) after 11 AM. If that family doesn't arrive for a few days, the tree hangs out at Bell Services.
The second family drops off the tree to Bell Services by 11 AM the day they check out.
And so on.
The last family on the list takes the tree to the Business Center and pays $5 handling fee. Tree #1 has a prepaid shipping label, so there is only the handling fee to pay. I cannot speak for #2 or #3.
The donations that are requested are to help defray the costs of shipping the tree to WDW and back again. Tree #1 cost $40 to ship. That doesn't include the $5 handling fees paid by the first and the last families.
HTH!
If a tree is missing from Bell Services, check with the Business Center. Sometimes packages/boxes get there for storage.

Ok, just because I'm neurotic....
Since our tree will be sitting for 10 days at bell services.....do I need to worry? I mean, are our dates or ressie #'s as well as our names on the outside of the box?
I am just nervous something will happen to the tree sitting there for more than 3 days or so...
Does anyone know?
I had forgotten the family before us checks out on Nov. 20 until last night so I guess that means, when we check in at 10amish on the 30th we can pick up the tree then even though it's before 11am..
This is what got me worried about the whole sitting at bell services for 10 days. I did actually just call the business center at CR and they said, those types of boxes bell services would hold on to and not bring to the business center for pick up....
Do you guys think I should call bell services maybe over the weekend and talk to them about the box? Let me know...
Sarah can you resend the directions for the tree info please ? We're on our way and realized I forgot to print them out. Thank you.
Email sent! Hopefully, stinkypete&jessie put instructions inside the box as well.
