BLT chances fot 11/8-12

We currently have SSR booked for a 2bdrm and a studio, there are 11 in our party. We would need the same at BLT preferably lake view. I know it is Veteran's day weekend. Any thoughts? If we can not book BLT we will try for VWL. We will be travelling with 4 kids , 7-2 1/2, and plan to spend lots of time at MK.

Can you book now, or will you have to wait for a 7 month window? I literally just booked a couple of hours ago, and the website offered me three different possibilities for BLT (for at least a portion of that time period. We are coming in earlier, but not leaving until the 11th). Good luck!

Same week as me. We are going 6th through the 11th. It's also part of Jersey week. I wish my contract would pass ROFR soon (I think Disney has until Friday) and we could close so I could make my reservations.

As far as I know, only SV is booked up. I think there are plenty of openings for LV right now. I just don't want to have to spend the points on MK view.

Actually, the night of the 9th is not available for lake view, in either a dedicated or lock off 2 BR. Sorry.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll have some alternative plans in my head when I call. Staying at SSR is fine with us, just being able to walk to MK would have been a big plus.

I am in a similar situation. Have 12 ppl going Nov 9-18 and staying on our own points at AKV for half the trip but needed to rent pts for the other half at BLT. Not my home resort but rented from someone who had BLT pts and got what we wanted. But he said that it wasn't easy - he had to check online a few nights in a row until something opened up. He said that with the online system the availability is much more turbulent than it has been in the past so if at first you don't get what you want keep checking and/or waitlist and hope for the best.

Just a heads up that runDisney moved the Wine & Dine half marathon to that weekend (from early October). BLT is not a "host" resort, but there were quite a few runners that stayed there last year. So be aware that will be going on.
