BLT & Breakfast Items available??

We're staying at BLT for the first time in July, and I was wondering if they have pastries such as muffins, danish, croissants available for purchase for snack credits at the Contemporary. I know that we did this when we stayed at BWV at the bakery, and I was wondering if the same type of thing was available in the mornings. Thank you.

Yes, the Contempo Cafe has muffins, pasteries, bagels, etc. It may not have the exact same variety as the Boardwalk Bakery (I stayed at both last summer and think there was a bigger variety of sweets at the bakery), but enough to have breakfast.

We did that every morning of our stay. It was great and it is a quick walk over the bridge from BLT as it is located on the same floor at the CR as that bridge.

Just another option, if you don't like the selection at Contempo Cafe. We stopped by the bakery before leaving the park the night before (especially MK) and took cinnamon rolls, bread pudding, etc. back to our room so we could eat on our balcony each morning.

One of our favorite things about DVC is the ability to have breakfast items in our unit so we don't have to go anywhere but our own kitchen and balcony for breakfast. I always figure a good hearty breakfast of oatmeal, pancakes and such gives me the energy to make it through until our first meal reservation.

We thought that the Contempo had some great selections, both for breakfast and dinner. However, if the offerings aren't your style, remember that you can easily hop on the monorail for breakfast at the Poly or GF CS places. Hope you have a great stay at BLT!
