BLT 4 months out?

I currently am waiting on Disney for ROFR hoping to close within a couple of weeks. Any thought on the chances of getting a 2 BR at BLT for July? It will probably be the end of March by the time all documents are signed and my info makes it into Disney's system (meaning I can not book until then.) I am not fussy about when in July, just would like to go then.

Might be tough. We were behind planning our June trip (usally we are on this at the 11 month mark, but we were hoping for a good bounceback offer while there in Jan. since we always seem to borrow points). I just booked a week ago. Could not find a 2BR for 6 consecutive nights anywhere except SSR or OKW. The places we really wanted (BLT, BC or BW had between 2 and 4 of the nights we wanted). We had no interest in a split stay this time. We ended up getting a 1BR standard at BW so while not as spacious, we saved LOTS of points.

I think your best shot would be a lake view. You always have the waitlist option.

Just last week they released the info for the WDW D23 event. It's at the Contemporary and we would only attend if we could stay at BLT. There was actually a Lakeview one br available for four nights. Now this is May, not July, but you never know until you call.

I agree that it could be tough. We went on the waitlist in early Sept for a lake view one bedroom villa for early January (wanted marathon weekend) and it never came through. I guess all the other guests thought the same as us that it would make it real easy to catch the monorail to the start and from the finish.
