BLT 3 BR Villa MK View

Greetings,

We will be staying at Bay Lake Towers in a 3BR Grand Villa Theme Park view.

When we went last year we were in the room closest to the Contemporary Resort. I think we were in Room 8430 and we had to watch the MK fireworks out of one of the bedrooms window to get the best view.

Does anyone know which rooms have the best view of Cinderella's castle and the fireworks?

I think from the map it looks like it would be 8420, 8422, and 8424.

Anyone who has stayed there and can help or has pics they could share it would be very much appreciated.

The better TP GVs are any of the ones other than what you had, and, as you suspect, the best are 8420, 8422, and 8424

A follow up question. I went online and asked to request a specific room number. They told me they can't add a specific room number request only a specific building or "area" of the building. Since I already know the building and floor I asked them to add a "central location with a good view of the fireworks". Is there anyone I can contact there to have a room # request added to the reservation? Would the front desk at BLT log specific room number requests?

I do not know why they would not take a specific room request since I have previously seen reports of MS accepting specific room number requests (although better would likely be a room request that asked for any of the three GVs noted above). Possibly, you want to call and hope you get someone else or perhaps send an email to MS to add a request for any one of the three numbered rooms noted above and see what kind response you get.
