Hello

Twin City Folks,

Headed up Hwy 52next week from Rochester. . Haven't been to the MOA for two years! Is the Disney store still operating, and do you suppose I can use the rewards card to buy disney dollars there!

Last question , need a recommendation for lunch at the Mall.

Thanks,

herc

HI....The store is still open, not sure about DIsney Dollars though..I would assume you can buy them there maybe someone else will know..

For lunch there are tons of options ranging from 3 different food courts (MCDs, CHinese, etc..) Johnny ROckets, Ruby TUesday, Famous Dave's (my personal choice) Tony Roma's, a sushi bar, crepe stand, Rainforest Cafe, Kokomos (simillar to RainFOrest ) a new CHipotle ( my second persoanl fave), Twin CIties grill, Tucci Benucci (or something to that effect,) a NY type Steak house, Bubba Gumps, Corona, Hooters, plus a few others, these are just the top of my head. All of these are right in the mall so no need to travel outside...There is also an IKEA right across the road (you can walk) that people like to eat at. So lots of choices!!

And i THINK AMerican Girl place is open (if not it will be soon) and suppolsedly they have a restaurant too..

Have Fun!

Yes, as the PP stated, the store is still there. The last SEVERAL times I have been, they have been out of the Disney Dollars. You might want to call ahead if that is a primary reason for coming.

The PP also did a great job of listing some of the major restaurants as well. The only things left on the fourth floor are Hooters (Yum!) and a new restaurant called "Cantina" or something like that. (It's logo looks like the Corona one) I do NOT recommend it for lunch, dinner or anything. We ate there one time--the service was slow and the food was mediocre at best.

Have a safe trip and have fun! :wizard:

We were there last weekend and were a little disappointed in the Disney Store - tons and tons of toys but no clothes. I was hoping to get some shirts and such for DS like we usually do there. I think they're getting ready for Christmas. If you're looking for toys and some other merchandise though, you're in luck!

We like to go to Wolfgang Puck Express down on the first floor for a WDW DTD fix. Very good! The Magic Pan Crepe also has the most amazing dessert crepes ever (also on first floor) if you want a decadent snack. They have good savory ones too.

Have fun - the MOA is a good time! :thumbsup2

I LOVE the Magic Pan Crepe Stand!!!!

Tony Roma's is where our kids like to eat when we go there. It is good, not great but they like it.

Ok, thanks for the responses.

Anyone else for restaurant recommendation?
