DH always gets around £100 in gift vouchers from his work at Christmas - the last 2 years he has given them to me 
However since I won my skis earlier this week DH has been all upset and a bit green eyed
So today - despite having a TON of chores to do (DS normally helps me with all the veg etc but he's in America
) he went into town and bought a NEW TV!!!!!!
Our TV is only 3 years old and does EVEYTHING we need it to do - he has sold it to my parents for £100 too!!!
The vouchers were burning a hole in his pocket (where normally there are moths) so I can definately say we have the most unnecessary Xmas present this year!!!
(BTW how about this for a present - my work friend's sister's husband bought her a new AUdi A5 for Xmas and delivered it today!!!)
