Block Party Bash/Ariels - doable?

Does Block Party Bash parade route go anywhere near Ariels? We have a 5:45 PS and Block Party Bash is at 5:15. Think we can do both?

Hmm...Block Party Bash starts at Sunshine Plaza. If you see it there you should have time (10 minutes or so) to get to Ariel's by 5:45. But if you try to watch it from the "Block Party Zone" nearer Ariel's (the zone starts next to the Golden Dreams Theater) I think you'll be a little late to your PS. I'd recommend watching it from Sunshine Plaza and then following it towards Paradise Pier, until you turn left to cross the bridge to go to Ariel's.

I scrounged around and found my map.

I was wondering, if you were already over on the Ariel's side of that area (there's something of a circle with the two bridges and three different walkways all opening onto that circle), could you see the Block Party, and then go up the bridge to your reservations? We didn't stop to watch any of that parade, but it didn't *seem* like it was there for ages and ages. But yeah, since one of the "zones" is at Golden Dreams (Screams right now?), I would think if you were on the other side (IF that's possible/allowable), you could see something of it, then go and have your meal.

I suggest waiting near a bug's land for the front of the parade, and then hightailing it to ariels. The show stop is about 20 minutes i think, so you can race ahead of the parade once you hear You've got a friend in me.
