For those that don't know, direct bus routes to/from Blizzard Beach are usually only provided at Coronado Springs and the All-Stars. All other resorts require transferring at Animal Kingdom.

Disney has expanded bus service 5/21-9/7 (also the announced dates both water parks will be open this summer) to now also include Caribbean Beach, Pop Century, Art of Animation, and Wilderness Lodge.

All other resorts still require transferring at Animal Kingdom in both directions.

I personally strongly despise the water park transfer setup, so this is a welcome limited time tweak for some!

There is no change to the Typhoon Lagoon setup - all resorts still require transferring at Disney Springs.

Would you expect AoA/Pop Century/CBR to share BB buses like the 3 All-Stars do?

And effectively DRR will also have direct BB buses as they can easily walk over to OPR Bus Depot where the BB stop should be I would think.

This is welcomed news for me as we are split staying WL/YC but planning to use our free water park day when leaving WL.
I was not looking forward to bus transfer and was strongly considering Minnie van.
We will have a rental car but I was worried about parking and assumed it was better to bus-?
Excited, we have never done a water park I have a polar patio reserved too 😁

Awesome!!

Anyone have thoughts on why TL didn’t get any extra transport love?
I really think they prefer routing guests through DS for the dining/shopping opportunities esp on the return trip to the resort after leaving the water park. Water park food generally sucks and a lot of people probably wait to eat a full meal at DS afterwards; we did that the first time we went to TL, pre water park perk. We absolutely would have done it last week too had we not been moving to Poly after we left TL (we wanted to eat at Wailulu). I could see the third party restaurants taking umbrage with direct TL buses for this reason too.

I’m really glad the extra bus routes are available but for us it just doesn’t make sense taking Disney transportation to the water parks as adults with no kids.Just faster to rideshare. Our Lyft to TL on Wednesday from BWI was free anyway with the Chase credit.
