Blizzard Beach Re-opening on January 7, 2007?

Blizzard Beach is scheduled to re-open after its rehab on Sunday, January 7, 2007. Assuming that the temperatures might be in the low 70s (and we've travelled in January before, so I realize they might be MUCH lower), will the place be mobbed that day? Will local people be sensible enough to wait a few more months before plunging into the water? Will it just be the crazy tourists from the north? At what temperature will they not even bother opening the parks? That's our only day to go to BB (our fave), although we plan to hit TL earlier in the week, weather permitting.

I think you can safely say the answer is no, it will NOT be mobbed. Certainly most locals wouldn't dream of going to a water park in the winter, and as for us crazy northerners, well, crowds in general are very light in Orlando in January.
