Blizzard Beach Question

I noticed that Typhoon Lagoon will be closed for refurbishment in January. Does anyone know if Blizzard Beach will be open in February or will it also go into refurbishment?

My DS is dying to go to Blizzard Beach ever since he saw it showcased on the Travel Channel. Thanks for your help!

I don't know for sure, but I think it is closed right now for refurbishment. I would think that would mean it would open up again by January.

I love Blizzard Beach and it is now on my not to be missed list!

Blizzard Beach IS closed right now for refurb and is scheduled to reopen Dec 13.

We are going in Jan. and really hope to have one day that is warm enough to go to BB. We saw the same special and it looks like a blast

Drove past it today and I see why they closed BB first. It looks like part of the parking lot is going to be torn up. I think they are either replacing the water or sewage pipes for the park. They have huge mounds along the entrance and have part of the woods ripped up.
