Blizzard Beach paying for ticket

We've never gone to the water parks. My girls may not want to take the time to go, but DD22 does really like water parks. DH and I are not big fans of swimming. So I'm not going to spring for tickets now, but if DDs would decide to go for part of a day, can they buy a ticket at the door by charging to their Magic Bands?
