Blizzard Beach busses running during refurb?

We are at WDW now and BB is closed for its annual refurb. However, we have seen a LOT of BB busses. Any idea why they are running and where they are going?

Dropping people off for the Summerland Mini Golf @ Blizzard Beach is my guess.

Are you talking about buses with BB on the marquee, or buses going in and out of the BB lot?

If it's the latter, the BB lot is sometimes used as a parking and staging area for race volunteers.
