Blinking Mickey???

I was watching an add for the 60th Anniversary on my MPoints app and noticed that the women are posing with a Mickey that blinked and his mouth moved.

Has anyone met this version on Mickey? Where, in DLR, can he be found?

Is there any chance it was a photo from WDW? Talking (and blinking) Mickey appears there daily.

Mickey "talks" and blinks in the show Mickey and the Magical Map at DL.

He's probably out doing media meets today.
