Blink camera unable to connect to Disney wifi :(

We use a Blink camera in our camper to check on our dogs. It's always worked well until this past trip. Disney wifi login now uses a 3rd party captive portal and my camera will not connect. Errrrrrr! We ordered a mini-router via Amazon during our trip. It timed out before connecting to the wifi. Suggestions??

Swing by the front desk and tell them what you're trying to do and why. I have had a tech come by (at the Poly) and help with a TV hookup. Worth a shot. I Hotspot my phone when at the fort, but pretty sure you would want that with you. I don't use anything that has to stay on when I'm not in the RV.

I'm sorry you're having camera issues. When was your previous trip before this one? The same thing happened to us in December 2023 with our camera we use to check on our dogs. It was four years old, so I'm guessing it became obsolete. We got a new camera that worked on our March trip, but now I'm wondering if we'll have problems on our upcoming trip, based on your experience.

What ended up working for us in a pinch in December was leaving a phone behind and using it as a hotspot for the camera. Hopefully your issue is resolved, but I wanted to share this with you in case it could help!

Our most recent trip was May 2024 and our previous trip was April 2023. I’m not sure when Disney WiFi started using the captive portal.
