KITCHEN AID...KITCHEN AID...KITCHEN AID!
I have to say, something happened last week and I feel compelled to post on this!
We make malts...thick, heavy, not milky malts...so we need a strong blender. After having many el cheapos, we went with a Kitchen Aid TWO years ago (notice I said TWO...the warranty is only for ONE year). Skip forward to last week, making smoothies with my daughter, and this perfect blender ended up having a small plastic piece of a seal come apart and ended up in our drink.
Now, hoping they had a replacement pitcher I could purchase, because I loved the blender I already had, I called Kitchen Aid...the representative said no, I could not purchase a blender pitcher BECAUSE SHE WAS SENDING ME OUT ANOTHER BRAND NEW BLENDER due to the circumstances! Outside of the warranty!
Needless to say, there aren't many companies out there with this level of customer services. I am a Kitchen Aid consumer for life!
