My oldest daughter wanted to go to a local comiccon to meet an actor I knew, so we went to it yesterday...and there was someone else there that I know some of you will know from a certain well-loved Disney Vacation Planning DVD...

Erin Cahill, who hosted the planning DVD from 2006...she's acted in various things but is best known as the Pink Power Ranger in Power Rangers: Time Force. We actually waited quite a while to see her, and even my daughter was fanning more for her than the other guests. We told her that what we REALLY knew her from was the Disney video, and she was thrilled! She had just been telling her fiance about it earlier. She had so much fun doing that video.

We took some pictures, and she grabbed my phone to do a selfie...as I walked away, she called my name, and I turned around and she had her arms outstretched waiting for a hug...she's still as cute and happy as ever!

Now THAT is cool. :)

That planning video is truly the best. If I ever had to choose between seeing that video and watching Stacey at the resorts, I'd have a dilemma!

I'm usually so cynical about Disney even while liking it, but that planning video was nothing but excellence. The only problem with it is that they never repeated it!

We still have a copy of this planning dvd too! It is one of the best. The year of a million dreams was fun as well.

Just saw Erin Cahill in a Redfin commercial. Figured I’d mention it here because it’s the most recent thread about her.

Now I want to go watch the video again.

Erin's done a number of things recently - a bunch of Hallmark movies, guest spots on TV shows like Criminal Minds and 9-1-1, and a recurring role on Stitchers.

I've seen Dave pop up in commercials but nothing major in recent years.
