Blah - they changed up the extra hours pattern

Just pulling plans together for May 15-22- had been seeing the extra hours pattern as generally Monday for EP and Wed for MK. For this week so far, Monday is EP and Tues is MK 10-12. Though I appreciate the extra hours, had already planned dining thru Open table at Disney Springs for Tuesday weeks ago for son's birthday but now don't want to miss the EH. And back-to-back EH is going to be tiring with also getting up at 7 for the genie+. I miss the old days I think.
