For the annual pass is parking covered on blackout dates?

Unfortunately, no. The Parking Benefit on DLR Annual Passes are only valid on days when the AP itself is valid.

When I got my AP validated at the Bank the CM told me my Parking benefits would not be available on blackout dates. I thought that was kind of random that she told me that, but now I see it may be helpful to someone!

So, you will need to fork over the $12 like everyone else....

With a premium, there are no blocked out days, and parking is included.

If your'e getting an AP that doesn't not automatically include parking, but you're already planning to park AND to go on blocked out dates, you might seriously consider just getting the Premium. Run the numbers, including the extra discounts, and see if it might make more sense to just start with the biggest AP.
