Blackout dates for Feb room code AP rate

Just called to modify our existing POP room only ressie for one night, Sat, Feb 17 and was told that the AP rate won't apply to that date.

Anyone else have this problem?

From the passholder website:

Rate available most nights 2/15/07 - 2/16/07; 2/19/07 - 3/7/07 and 3/13/07 - 3/30/07 at Select Value Resorts. The number of rooms available at this rate is limited. Additional per-adult charges apply if more than two adults per room. Other room types are available at varying rates.
*Savings based on the non-discounted rate for the same room.

Important Details
No group rates or other discounts apply. Advance reservations required. Passholder must present his or her valid adult Pass at check in. Offer will also be made available to certain non-Passholders in other select promotions.

I went to the AP website and punched in your date and nothing comes up available at the AP rate for the 17th except DVC resorts. I put in all of the values and all of the moderates and even some of the deluxes. So it does look like the resorts are blacked out for the night of the 17th if you arrive during the black out. However, the discounts on the DVC resorts said passholder offer. It could be since that is President's weekend, there is nothing available, so at least you do have a room, even at rack rate. However, you should try again.

I'm booked with the AP rate at Fort Wilderness cabins during the blackout period. We needed a 15-night ressie so it's split into 2 ressies since they can only book 10 nights at a time... the dates on the 2nd ressie (3/6 thru 3/11) clearly enter into the blackout period and I've double checked my confirmation showing that I'm paying the AP rate for all 15 nights.

My dates are Feb 16-19. No ap discount for me. Hopefully I will will be able to get a fl resident discount. Hopefully they will not have black out dates.
