This is been happening right after Mel Fischer's first find - we are not saying it was his fault - just a coincidence that is happened this way - my son Michael went diving and came back very sad that the coral was dying as fast as it was - there are many reasons for this to be happening. I can remember as a child - seeing the coral brought ashore and it was breathless in beauty -
but then our water was much cleaner back then and the population was less than 10,000 people including the Navy - and the city took very good care of our Island.
Lets hope that the bad is over soon and the good returns.
Always
Shirley
