Black stove upkeep/care

Can anyone recommend a cleaner for a black stove. Seems like everything I use ends up looking smeary.

If I had known what a bear a black stove is to take care of, I'd have gone with white!

Do you mean the exterior? I use 409 spray cleaner, and paper towels. Cloth kitchen towels will leave streaks.

I have stainless steel appliances, but have a black cooktop on the stove. Windex works well and leaves no streaks. Use the pre-moistened wipes, I've found them better than using the spray with paper towels.
