Black mulch staining

Help!! We just layed black mulch everywhere and some of it ended up staining our sidewalk with black splotches and it looks awful. Is there any remedy to get the stains off? Will the stains eventually go away with lots of rain? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks.

You know what I hate about black mulch?? It stains everything, the fence, the pool, your hands, the patio, and the walkway. The only thing it doesn't stain is the mulch!! After about a week mine all turned brown. The black washed right out of it. But my fence and pool are still black
