Camera is open and tested. Like was said earlier its WORTHLESS! You can even see the screen so you have no idea what your taking a picture of and then the flash is either too bright and washed out the shot, or without flash its almost black. Taking them back in exchange for the Max. Hopefully its better, because the click it worthless.....

I received an email this morning that the Max was ready to be picked up at the store, no way I was going to BestBuy today though...phew! They said on the news there were 700 ppl standing in line at our closest BB this morning...wowser!

I just went with my instinct as the Max now was the same price being BF.

Maybe thats why they priced the max the same at the click. I bet the click doesn't last long in the stores before they pull them off the shelves. I bought two Max cameras online to ship to my house. They should be here in a week.

Finally got the Pix Max cameras. The kids LOVE them. They work much better than the Pix Click and have some cool feature that let you put characters into your photos on the camera itself. Had them about a day and so far they are a hit. Picture quality is decent considering I only paid 49.99 and compared to the Click they are much much better.

Great news! Have you printed any pics out yet?

I did get my Max ones in the mail and have already returned the original ones I bought for $79.99. It was great to save $60!!!

Yes, 4x6 print out was excellent. No problems. Of course little hands tend to take blurry shots, but heck so do many adults. The camera itself is, for the money, great so far.

I don't have the camera box in front of me - but I know it said you can use an SD card up to 2 GB. If I remember correctly it was somewhere around 24 pictures without the extra SD card.

That is correct, it can hold up to a 2 gig SD card. It has 32 meg built in storage so that should hold about 40 shots.
