For the record, American Eagle already has this sale going on. All sweaters and hoodies have been buy 1, get 1 1/2 off for at least the past week.

I see what I want for Christmas in the JCP add! My sister and I bought our mother the Cooks Hard Anadized cookset for almost $200 for Mother's Day, and they have them listed as $118! It is a great set! But JCP is an hour from me, and I wasn't venturing that far on Black Friday. Anyway know if they do the online sales that day as well?

BTW, I'm typing on my dd9's Christmas present right now in my hotel room-the $298 Walmart laptop. I absolutely love it, and want one of my own right now!!!! I ordered the Hannah Montana skin to cover it from disneyshopping.com. Dd9 is going to love it! If I decide to give it back

Do you know if anyone ever has any good deals on artificial Christmas trees on Black Friday? My DH (not necessarily meaning dear) got rid of our Christmas tree last year because he thought the lights weren't working well enough. I came home for lunch a few days after Christmas and he had set it out for trash pickup. It was only about 4 years old and was beautiful. The good part is that at least a neighbor (or someone) picked it up before the trash pickup got there, but I still don't have a tree.

I'm hoping to get a really nice one again, but really don't want to spend what I did on the last one that we had ($$$)!

What exactly are you looking for, and do you have a price range? Last year we bought out tree from Target for $48 BF weekend. (It was a 2 day sale) It is a 6" tree..not too skinny and not too full. We got multi-colored lights, but they also had white.

Lowe's has a 6 1/2" pre-lit with clear lights for $38 in their BF ad as well.

I think you'll see some for $199 or less. I have already seen the Sony Blu-Ray for $199 in the last few weeks.

Does anyone know what these are going to go for?? I see Dell has the $299 ones with free shipping . Not sure if it is a good deal or not...I guess I could get it and then return it if I find a better price on BF or after....it comes with Lego Indiana Jones and Kung Fu Panda.

At K-mart the other day, I noticed a very nice set of 4 wireless cordless phones. They were marked 39.99. I was doing the super doubles thing, so didn't get any further details.

While doing my hour-long checkout, I noticed a man in the next lane with a set of those phones. They rang up 59.99. He told the cashier the advertised price, she went to check, and sure enough he was right. About that time the guy from electronics came rushing up and told her not to sell them, they were accidentally put out. He said, "We cannot sell these until 11/28." He had no clue that was BF from the sound of it. The man threw a fit, but they would not budge. By the time I got to the back to check the specs, they were already gone.

Thanks for this thread........I have waded my way through it and now I am actually excited about shopping on BF. On my kids lists are a PSP, Gears of War 2, xBox Live, Alarm Clock/Stereo with Ipod Docking, Rockband 2 (for ps2), Guitar Hero World Tour (ps2), wii games (did manage to get the wii for dd9 already), and anything with horses, dd9 is in love with horses!
