this one focusing again on quality time for yourself!
Here is how it works; below you see a list of tasks. For the next 7 days you are challenged to complete as many tasks as you can. Each one is valued at 5 pts each, maximum points are noted. During the 7 days of the challenge, keep record of a completed tasks and at the end of the week turn in your final total score to your team captain, or designated teammate.
This challenge is on your honor system, be accurate and honest with the points you award yourself

- give yourself a manicure and/or pedicure-- 10 pts max, one for pedicure one for manicure
- go on a date with someone special to you -- 5 pts for each 'date' -- max 15 pts -- use your honor and judgement on what qualifies as a date for you, should be time set aside and/or scheduled for one-on-one quality time
- write a note/card and send by snail mail an old friend--5 pts for each mailed note/card -- max 20 pts
- Share with your team in the team weekly thread a way that you spend time just for yourself and how it rejuvenates you -- max 5 pts
This challenge is meant to motivate you...not to stress you! You may choose to complete one or two of the tasks, or all of them. Let this challenge be want you need it to be.....to CHALLENGE YOU!
The challenge begins on Thursday November 1st at 12:01 a.m. and ends on Wednesday November 7th at midnight. Your final score must be reported in by Thursday November 8th at 3 p.m. EST in order to be included in the team score. Team captains will report in to each team and report the final results in their weekly team thread on Thursday (Nov 8) evening.
Wanna know what youre playing for?? The winning team earns bragging rights and the right to include a clippie of such in their signature until the completion of the next team challenge.

Suggestion print out the task list and keep it handy to mark off each time you complete one for easy and accurate record
I hope you all enjoyed the first challenges and incorporating some new healthy habits into your routine
