BL3- Black Team - Week 4

Good Monday Morning. Yesterday was a day that would never end. I went from one thing to another with no break. I finally got to relax at about 8:30 last night. I was so tired after this weekend that I over slept this morning. Luckily it was only 15 minutes but it meant that I wasn't in any mood to work out. I will do it this evening after I go grocery shopping. At least the house is almost clean.

Don't forget that tomorrow is weigh in day and the last day of the challenge for this week. Numbers for this week's challenge is due on Wed. Please get them to me as soon as you can. I know that this week's challenge has been hard for me. I hope the rest of you have done better.

Off to write some letters of recommendation that need to be finished.

Whew. My weekend started out so great but ended really yucky. My kitty had to go to the emergency vet Saturday night and back again this morning. The Good Lord willing, he may be on his way back to good health (prayers welcome). I ate reasonably well all weekend, took an exercise break on Saturday, and back at it yesterday. I've already logged 20 minutes this morning, and I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. I have no clue what to expect.

Hello Black Team!!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a really nice weekend at my brothers, and did get some walking in, and I think overall, I did pretty good in the eating dept. We ate out a lot, but didn't do a lot of snacking which will help. I had been on a late night eating routine, but the last 2 nights, I've been good. The night before weighin is easy to be good. Today, I got a 1 hour walk in and did stretch afterwards, which helps, but not for 10 minutes. The exercise challenge definitely is helping me.

Dona- Sounds like a crazy weekend for you. I hate when I oversleep. It may only be 15 minutes, but so much gets done in 15 minutes and it throws the rest of the day off. Hope your day got better.

trampslady- Sorry about your kitty. :hug: It's so hard when your pets get sick. Hope he is doing better now.

Just completed another 4 miler with 20 min cool down with stretching. I have decidecd not follow the c25k because it is to easy. I have incorporated that training within my 4 miler. Today i went a little over 1.5 jogging instead of walking. Wow is it raining hard here today. I am really proud of myself today because i could have stayed inside but i braved the rain and feel really great about myself. Hope i can sleep tonight. Talk to you ate weigh in tomorrow.
