Morning Loosers!
I'm delighted to be your coach this week. A big thanks to Dona for switching with me
So.........Let's Talk FISH

As I've reviewed my WW tracker, I've found that the weeks I had the biggest loss ALWAYS involved a couple of fish/seafood meals. We know 'they' tell us to eat it, but do you? I don't cook it, but it's pretty much available on any regular (non-fast-food) restaurant menu. I LOVE talapia (poor man's orange roughy) and can find that at Applebees and Chili's for example. And grilled shrimp is available a lot of places too. I think salmon and tuna are just OK...don't seek them out anyway...but they are also easy to find.
QOTD: Do you eat fish and if so, what's your favorite? And if not, are you taking any kind of supplement that provides those essential oils?
I know when I travel my seafood consumption skyrockets, as a matter of fact in September I'll be having some every day on the cruise ship. There will be shrimp and scallops available to me every day...YUM!
Now I just need to make a better effort to work it into my diet 'routinely'.
As a side note: I can get back in the swimming pool now!
Very happy about that!
