Summer Between BL Challenge Week 1
weekly total group loss for week #4 = 37.1 pounds
Total group loss for the challenge so far = 139.7 pounds!
Average percentage of weight lost this week 0.61% (which is exactly the same as week 1! so that's a good indication that our group is going strong and heading for long-term losses
