I don't get it, I have been exercising and watching my calories and I am not losing anything. This is so frustrating!
muscle mass, water weight, time of the month, constipation (my issue this week)
Many things can seem to hold you up over a week. If you are doing the right things, the results will definitely come to you- Keep it up!
