What a week Red Team. Even though we were last in the weigh in I am very proud of us. We were very close to 2nd place and our percentage is our best since week #4. I think that is great. We have some impressive losers on our team.

This definitely was not our week for the weekly team challenge. We have to surrender our challenge winner clippie. How about this weeks challenge? Please look it over here. This one involves exercise. I have just started exercising again. I even joined the December exercise challenge thread here. I know we can do better with this challenge. I know I am not a cook and that's why I blew last weeks. This weeks challenge posts a exercise personality quiz here . Please take the time to complete the quiz and share your results. I know we can all do that at least.
Let's get to work Red Team. Two more weeks. Only two more weeks. I exercised yesterday and had 2 salads. I will eat all that salad mix before it goes bad. Today I will also add two fruits because all the clementines I bought for company are also going bad. I need to love my fruits and vegetables more.
