I think I've found some ab exercises to do to help with the stomach sag I have going on. I know it will take time and will probably never be the exact way I want it but hopefully in time it will get better.

Is it this week we're supposed to report our weigh in to ohmom? I don't have a problem with that. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the scale is good to me tomorrow. I weighed myself earlier in the week and was really happy with it but tomorrow will be the real deal. My eating has been ok this weekend so I think tomorrow will be a good day on the scale :)
