I know it's a lot of work, and I'll remember to send you my weight, in addition to the losses (and hopefully no gains! LOL) each week
My goals for this week:
Continue to drink plain water (spring water!) instead of adding the flavor packets. Even though the packets are decaf and no calories, I just feel better drinking it plain.
Continue to try and get some more deliberate exercise in each day. I do get quite a bit of walking exercise at work each day, but that's not non-stop like I'd get on the treadmill. Maybe the treadmill every other day, and floor exercises each day, this way I'm giving my foot and joints a day off in between. Hopefully that'll work and not aggravate my plantar fasciitis too much.
Bring more salads/veggies back into my diet. For the first few months of doing South Beach I ate MAINLY salad/veggies, with some lean protein and healthy carbs. Now I'm eating more lean proteins and carbs, and have slacked a bit on the veggies/salads. Even my DH asked me if we could have more salads again! LOL
I guess that's about it, although I will be interested to read everyone else's goals for this week, maybe I'll see something I didn't think of yet!
