Bistro or Teppan with DS3 & Pescetarian

We have an ADR for Teppan Edo which I know everyone will love , but Bistro sounds so good! I'm not too worried about DS3 - we bring an iPad along for dining melt-down emergencies - but the only meat my DH will eat is fish and he won't eat it if it is cooked in butter. Will Bistro turn their nose up at him? Should I just stick with Teppan? Thanks!
