Bistro for anniversary?

Dh and I were thinking of going here for our anniversary. Any opinions??

We will be staying at PC, spending the day at MK, and will probably go back to PC to change before going over to Epcot.

I was thinking about a 7:30 PS.

We went last year for my hubbie's 40th. I thought the food was excellent and my 10 yr. old loved it too. The staff were really nice and we could see the fireworks in the background. A wonderful selection!

We did our 10th anniversary at the Bisto 1.5 years ago. It was great. We had a 8:20 PS, and our waiter moved us to a table by the window for Illuminations. The food was fabulous, and the atmosphere terrific.
