Bistro de Paris ?

My family really wants to have dinner at Bistro de Paris during our trip in August, but we cannot get PS until 30 days before for this restaurant. Since we are a party of 7 should I make back up reservations in case we cannot get a ressie at Bistro? Or do you think I should be fine calling for Bistro 30 days out?

I have eaten at Bistro de Paris a couple times. Have never had a problem getting an ADR and I don't recall the restaurant being overcrowded while we were there. That being said, it couldn't hurt to get the back up and you can then cancel it if and when the BdP ADR comes through.

Thanks so much madalex! I wonder why they make us wait until 30 days out for this particular restaurant. I figured it was b/c it's so popular. Who knows.
