Bistro de Paris--not on dining plan?

Is this true? Any other restaurants not participating in the 2008 diining plan?

I did not think Bristo was ever on the dining plan.

Bistro de Paris never participated in the dining plan.

There are a number of restaurants on WDW property that do not participate. Most of these are located at Downtown Disney and at the Swan/Dolphin resorts. Of the table service restaurants in or at the theme parks and resorts, the nonparticipatory restaurants are Victoria and Albert's (GF), Bistro de Paris (Epcot), and the Rainforest Cafe outside AK. I believe Teppan Edo and Tokyo Dining (Epcot) were on the fence for a long time but finally decided to participate. None of the Swan/Dolphin restaurants participate.
