Birtyhday design...with a little edge?

Help! I've been going through all the photobuckets that I can find. I am looking for a fun birthday design that my DH will agree to wear! He will turn 43 during our trip. He is 6'5" and is built more like a football player than a basketball player. LOL. His favorite characters are Grumpy, Sorcerer Mickey and he also likes Scar. Does anyone have any great ideas out there??

LOL! I love this! We have always bought my DH (James) Grumpy themed items - a mug, multiple shirts etc etc....so this year when I said "what do you want on your shirt?" while I was going though some of the designs on here - he said "I don't know, but NOT GRUMPY!" - I was like - awww - but you ARE Grumpy! He just frowned. I think he's tired of being labeled as the grouch. So, when he looked through everything - he picked Tigger. But umm... I didn't tell him but he's SO not a Tigger!!

I might have to have this design for him a shirt - lol. I'd have to find a day during our trip to wear it - but I think between the filled names, and the tie dye and all my other plans - there isn't room in his wardrobe!!
