Birthday T-Shirt Designs w/ Woody

My nephew is going to Disney for the 1st time on July 19th. He will be celebrating his 5th birthday. I was hoping to make him some t-shirts with Woody that have his name - Nicky, the year, and woody.

Can anyone please help with ideas and designs?
