Birthday Suprise

I am looking for a perfect birthday suprise to spring on my wife..

We will be at IOA/USO staying at the Portofino for our 10th wedding anniversary... no kids... and her birthday falls mid trip..

Any suggestions?

Dolphin swim hot air balloon helicopter ride to name but a few or nice floral display & a lovely meal at delfinos or tchopu tchoup
