Birthday Shirt Design Help

I know this is super short notice because we are leaving for Disney World in a few days but I thought I would give it a shot and see if anyone can help. We are heading to Disney World for the very first time with our five kids. While we are there we will be celebrating my son's 12th birthday (Daniel). I was hoping to get some sort of shirt made for my son that makes it know it is his birthday and then something the rest of us can wear that makes it known we are with the birthday boy. I'm not very creative so let me know if there is something special you can design. Thank you guys for all of your help.
