One of our daughter's birthday is in late October, the other the day after Christmas. We are going to WDW the week following Thanksgiving. Is it ok to say we were there to celebrate their birthdays when we are dining? This trip is in lieu of any other party celebration at home other than cake with mom and dad. Normally they'd have had a party with friends but we're funneling that cost into this trip instead.

Thanks.

Only if you promise to actually celebrate their birthdays ;).

Please remember, there's no way to guarantee Walt Disney World will do anything for a birthday. You can certainly get birthday buttons from City Hall/Guest Relations. WDW's 'observation' may range from absolutely no reaction, to various people wishing them happy birthday, to a cookie or cupcake with a candle... If you want to assure something special happens, YOU need to arrange (and pay for) it.
