Birthday Pin ?

On the day we arrive it will be my sons 4th birthday and we are celebrating it at Chef Mickeys that night. I wanted him to have his birthday pin for when we went but won't have park admission on that day. Is there anywhere else we can get the pin that we don't need park admission. Michelle

If I'm not mistaken, the only place you can get a birthday button is at City Hall at MK. I would be happy to get you one if we were going before you were. We will be there the day before you but are not planning on going to MK until later in the week.

Maybe some kind person who is going to WDW before we do can mail you one!

Another option is to purchase a Collectors pin at the many pin kiosks. There is one for birthdays. (My family got me one when I was there last year on my birthday.) Also, if you ARE going to go to the MK the following day, be sure to stop at City Hall and get him a pin. He can pin it on and stretch his birthday for another day.
The cast members do make a fuss. When I was at MGM, one of the CMs at the Backstage Movie ride noticed my pin, had the entire train wish me Happy Birthday and got Goofy to call and sing me Happy Birthday too!

Just wanted to share...

My DD just turned 6 during our stay last month. One CM at Epcot gave her the light up 100 years pin right off him! He had used her as a demonstration model and gave her a certificate, too.

We actually did not go to MK on the real day, but I got her a birthday pin at the kiosk at the WL, and the CM gave her a PixieDust pin as well! That afternoon, they delivered flowers and balloons sent by grandpa, as well as a "Today Is My Birthday"pin/button, balloons, chocolate and a card from the WL.

Went to Chef Mickey's that evening.Got the placemat and the special cupcake. She didn't eat - was too busy chasing autographs!

What a great birthday for a little girl who had a tough year! Blessings Abound!
