Birthday party locations for 11 yo boy

Going to be staying offsite for a few days before a Disney Cruise in February and would like to have a fun birthday party for my 11 yo as his cousins will be in Orlando at the same time. So 5 boys ages 9-13 and 4 adults. Would like to do something not available locally, any ideas?

I don't know what's available for you locally, but here are some things I associate with Orlando:

Go karting
Winter Summerland mini golf
T-Rex restaurant
Hard Rock Cafe
Goofy's Candy Company (kids can design their own candy creation)
Water park-- though weather in Feb may prohibit
Rent a boat at the Contemporary
Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream
Orlando Eye or the balloon at Disney Springs
