Birthday party at Goofy's Candy Co?

I was just flicking through my "Your guide to the Magic" from last year (the General Information booklet that you get when you check in) and noticed the following teensy little paragraph in the DTD Marketplace section:-

Enjoy sweet treats AND celebrate your birthday party, Disney style at Goofy's Candy Co. Call (407) WDW BDAY for reservations.

Has anyone heard of this before or better yet, done it? I'm curious about what it might entail.

I've never done one, but we saw one letting out last year - a bunch of kids with birthday party balloons bursting out onto the sidewalk.

It entails a bunch of sugar and games and prizes, and costs upwards of $350, from what I have read.

Yes, and it's certainly more geared for a local family than for a visiting one - it's a party for ten or so kids, hard to arrange when you're there from seven states over.
