Birthday Magic Bands?

Any tips or info would be appreciated, not sure where to post this.
I saw that Disney had an "It's My Birthday Magic Band" and now they are sold out. I was thinking about getting them for next year as my friends and I will be celebrating a Milestone Birthday (for now I'm calling it 25 twice)
Do you think they will come back? Is this something I may find in a park? I'm going is September this year and maybe I might find them?
